Azuma Small Tempura Pot with Lid 16cm

This small Azuma tempura pot is sized for frying a small batch, which is convenient if you only need a single serving or live alone. Flip the lid over and it becomes a draining tray for the fried food.

The pot body has a silicone baked coating over iron, the lid has a fluororesin coating over iron, and the handle and knob are phenolic resin. It can be used safely on gas burners, induction (IH), and other heat sources.

This pot measures 16 x 15.7 x 12 cm (6.3 x 6.2 x 4.7 in) and is made in Japan, in Sanjo City, Niigata Prefecture.
