Azuma Stainless Steel Scum Skimmer, Wrapped Handle, 23.5cm

This stainless steel skimmer, measuring 23.5 x 7.8 x 7.8 cm (9.3 x 3.1 x 3.1 in), is used for lifting scum and foam off the surface of soups and broths while cooking. Its long handle also makes it convenient for use directly at the table when serving a hot pot.

The handle is individually wrapped by hand by a craftsman, giving each piece a distinctive woven look that suits both everyday cooking and tabletop presentation.
