Azuma Stainless Steel Tempura Tongs

These Azuma tempura tongs are designed for lifting fried foods out of hot oil with a secure grip. The tips hold pieces firmly so delicate tempura, karaage, and other fried foods come out intact.

A flower-shaped cutout in the center of the tongs lets excess oil drain back into the pot as you lift food out. Made of 18-0 stainless steel and measuring 38 x 235 mm (1.5 x 9.3 in), they are manufactured in Japan.
