Azuma Stainless Steel Wrapped Handle Skimmer

This stainless steel skimmer measures 23.5 x 7.8 x 7.8 cm (9.3 x 3.1 x 3.1 in) and is made from durable 18-8 stainless steel in Japan.

The handle is wrapped by hand by a craftsman, giving each piece a distinctive woven texture that suits everyday cooking as well as serving at the table, such as alongside a hot pot.

We offer two types: a mesh skimmer for lifting ingredients such as tofu out of water while letting the liquid drain away, and a scum skimmer for lifting scum and foam off the surface of soups and broths while cooking.
