This Azuma Yukihira pan is a single handled stainless steel saucepan made in Japan by craftsmen in Tsubame, a region known for its metalware. A measuring scale is marked inside the pan, making it easy to check the amount of liquid as you cook.
The wood handle stays comfortable to hold and does not become slippery even with wet hands, and spouts on both sides let you pour from whichever side suits your grip or kitchen layout. The pan can be used on both gas stoves and induction (IH) cooktops.
A matching lid is also available for this series. Each lid is made of the same 18-0 stainless steel and is sized to fit two adjacent pan sizes, so one lid can cover two different pans without needing a separate lid for each.
