This Azuma Yukihira pan is a single-handled stainless steel saucepan made in Japan by craftsmen in Tsubame, a region known for its metalware. A measuring scale is marked inside the pan, making it easy to check the amount of liquid as you cook.

The wood handle stays comfortable to hold and does not become slippery even with wet hands, and spouts on both sides let you pour from whichever side suits your grip or kitchen layout.
