Azuma Tempura Frying Pot with Oil Drain Spout 22cm

This Azuma tempura pot has a wide pour spout that makes it easy to transfer used oil into an oil pot once you are done frying.

Two fill lines on the side of the pot mark the right amount of oil, at 500 g (17.6 oz) and 800 g (28.2 oz). The pot body has a double-sided fluororesin coating over iron, the handle has a baked acrylic coating over iron, and the draining rack is 18-8 stainless steel. It can be used safely on gas burners and on induction (IH) cooktops, and it meets the Japan Consumer Product Safety Association's SG standard for cooking heaters.

The body is made in the central region of Niigata Prefecture, Japan, an area known for metal processing. This pot measures 22.3 x 22 x 11.2 cm (8.8 x 8.7 x 4.4 in).
