Azuma Tempura Pot with Drip-Tray Lid 22cm

This Azuma tempura pot has a mesh built into the underside of the lid, so fried food can drain right there instead of on a separate rack.

The oil that drains off runs back into the pot through built-in grooves, and the lid lifts off completely for washing. A built-in stopper keeps the lid steady, so fried food placed on top will not tip it over.

The pot, handle, lid, and guard have a silicone baked coating over iron, and the draining mesh is chrome-plated iron. This pot measures 23.5 x 22 x 13.2 cm (9.3 x 8.7 x 5.2 in) and is made in Japan.
