Azuma Tempura Pot with Thermometer 20cm

This tempura pot from Azuma is made of iron and comes with a splatter guard hood to help keep oil from splashing out while frying. The hood is printed with an illustrated guide to target frying oil temperatures, and a built-in thermometer lets you check the oil temperature at a glance.

A pouring spout on the rim makes it easier to transfer oil in and out of the pot.
