Azuma Tendoraku Stainless Steel Tempura Pot 20cm

This Tendoraku tempura pot is made of SUS430 stainless steel, a material that retains heat well and makes it easy to see at a glance when the frying oil needs to be changed. It can be used on gas burners as well as induction (IH) cooktops.

The pot has a capacity of 800 ml (27.1 fl oz), with a recommended fill level of 700 ml (23.7 fl oz) for frying.
