This set of six stainless steel cutout cutters lets you press decorative shapes into sliced vegetables for a more refined presentation. The six shapes are pine, bamboo, plum blossom, cherry blossom, chrysanthemum, and bellflower, all traditional motifs in Japanese cooking.
Press a cutter into a vegetable slice, such as carrot, daikon, or lotus root, to cut out the shape before adding it to simmered dishes, soups, or bento boxes.
The cutters are made of 18-8 stainless steel, so they are sturdy and easy to clean. We offer this set in two sizes, small and large. Made in Japan.
