The Benriner Cook Help is the vertical version of the Benriner turning slicer. Press a vegetable onto the base, turn the handle from above, and it cuts into one long continuous sheet or into spiral strands. The upright design takes up less counter space than a horizontal slicer.
The complete slicer comes with the body, a straight blade, and three comb blades (fine, medium, and coarse), so you can switch between flat sheets and spiral cuts. It works well with daikon, carrots, potatoes, cucumbers, onions, and similar vegetables.
We also offer the straight blade on its own as a replacement part for the Benriner Cook Help body.
Made in Japan from stainless steel blades.
