Benriner Cook Help, Vertical Spiral Vegetable Slicer, Dark Green, Made in Japan

The Benriner Cook Help is the vertical version of the Benriner turning slicer. Press a vegetable onto the base, turn the handle from above, and it is cut into one long continuous sheet or spiral strands. The upright design takes up less space on the counter.

Use the straight blade for thin sheets, or attach one of the three comb blades for spiral strands. Works with daikon, carrots, potatoes, cucumbers, onions and similar vegetables.
