The Benriner Jumbo No.120 has the widest board in the Benriner lineup, made for slicing whole cabbages, onions, and other large vegetables. The board slides evenly so slices come out the same thickness from side to side, and a dial sets the thickness. This model is for slicing only and does not take comb blades.
A rubber foot keeps the slicer from sliding on the cutting board, and a hand guard is included for safer slicing. Made in Japan.
We offer the slicer itself or the replacement non slip foot (with 2 screws) separately, so you can order just the part if you need a replacement.
