Benriner Pro No.64 Japanese Mandoline Slicer 64mm, Beige, Made in Japan

The Pro No.64 is the professional version of the 64mm Benriner. The board rises and lowers evenly, so slices come out the same thickness from side to side. Set the thickness with the dial on the back.

A rubber foot keeps it from sliding on the cutting board, and a notch lets you rest it on the rim of a bowl. It comes with a straight blade, three comb blades for julienne strips and a hand guard. Blades from older Benriner models do not fit this model.
