Benriner Super Benriner Mandoline Slicer and Replacement Parts

The Benriner Super Benriner is a Japanese mandoline slicer with a board that rises and lowers evenly, so every slice comes out the same thickness from side to side. A dial on the side sets the thickness in a moment.

It comes with a straight blade for even slices and comb blades for julienne strips, plus a hand guard that holds the vegetable so your fingers stay clear of the blade and lets you slice down to the last piece.

We also offer genuine Benriner replacement parts for the Super Benriner lineup, including the straight blade, comb blades in fine, medium and coarse widths, the comb blade fixing screw, the thickness adjustment screw and dial, the hand guard, and the non slip foot. Blades are stainless steel and the housing parts are PP resin, all made in Japan.
