These CAFEC Abaca Plus cone filters are a professional grade paper for pour over coffee. The crepes on both sides are kept slightly low but spaced closely, maximizing surface area so fine coffee particles have more room to settle and extraction runs quickly. This makes it easier to control the brew with your pouring technique.
Compared with the earlier Abaca filter, the paper has a more even formation for more uniform extraction. The seams are pressed without adhesive.
The paper is FSC certified and contains abaca (Manila hemp), a non wood, biodegradable fiber. Each pack holds 40 white cone filters.
Choose from the 1 cup size or the 4 cup size (brews 2 to 4 cups).
