CAFEC copolyester Flower Coffee Dripper 2-4 Cups Clear Blue Green TFD-4CBG

This flower-shaped, cone-style dripper from CAFEC (Sanyo Sangyo) is designed to draw out the coffee's natural flavor. As hot water flows down toward the point of the cone, it builds a deep bed of coffee, and the flower-shaped ribs inside the dripper create air pockets similar to the lift of a cloth filter.

The dripper is made of copolyester resin (a saturated polyester resin), a lightweight, glass-clear material also used in medical equipment. It is heat resistant to 100C and cold resistant to -20C, and will not shatter if dropped. This Clear Blue Green color blends a cool blue with touches of green for a warm, jewel-like look.

The dripper measures 145 x 116 x 99 mm (5.7 x 4.6 x 3.9 in), weighs about 120 g (4.2 oz / 0.26 lb), and is sized for 2 to 4 cups. Note that a measuring spoon is not included.
