The CAFEC Flower Dripper Deep 27 is a pour over cone made for brewing a single cup of coffee. Its bottom angle is narrowed to 27 degrees, so there is no need to control the pour rate yourself: simply keep pouring hot water into one point at the center to bring out body, flavor, and sweetness from the beans.
The rib height changes gradually toward the outlet to keep an air gap between the paper filter and the dripper wall, so brewing flows smoothly from start to finish. The outlet hole is sized to let the filter tip extend just enough to maintain a steady flow speed, and the domed base lifts the dripper slightly so the paper tip stays clear of the coffee when brewing straight into a cup or mug.
Made in Japan from a glass-like copolyester resin that resists heat and cold. We offer this dripper in six color choices: Clear, Clear Black, Clear Brown, Clear Dark Green, Clear Navy, and Gold.
