The Flower Dripper Deep 45 is a cone-shaped pour-over coffee dripper from CAFEC, developed around the brand's Osmotic Flow extraction theory. Its 45-degree cone angle creates a deep filtration layer of coffee grounds, so the water stays in contact with the grounds longer and draws out more flavor, for a cup that is clear but still full-bodied.

The dripper's flower-shaped ribs hold the paper filter away from the dripper wall, keeping an air gap that lets the coffee grounds expand fully and lets water flow through smoothly instead of pooling inside the cone.

It is made of copolyester resin and sized for 3 to 7 cups, making it suited to brewing for family, friends, or guests as well as professional use. It weighs about 144 g (5.1 oz / 0.32 lb). Made in Japan.
