These CAFEC cone paper filters from Sanyo Sangyo are made specifically for medium-dark roast coffee. Using the maker's own paper processing technology, each filter in the roast-specific range delivers an extraction speed suited to its roast level, even with the same brewing method.

The medium-dark roast filter is low density with a two-side crepe structure using tall, well-balanced creping on both sides. This allows a smooth extraction and a balanced cup where the flavor stands out.
