The COPAN grill pan is designed for cooking a variety of dishes in the microwave while still giving the food a seared, grilled look. It measures 27.5 x 23 x 8.8 cm (10.8 x 9.1 x 3.5 in) and holds up to 1 liter (1.1 qt), with a practical capacity of 850 ml (28.7 fl oz).
The interior has a fluororesin coating that makes cleanup easier, and the pan can go in the dishwasher as well as the microwave. At 577 g (1.27 lb), it stays light and compact, making it easy to store in a small kitchen.
