This round grill plate is designed to fit neatly inside a fish grill (fish roaster), the drawer style broiler built into many Japanese stovetops, making it easy to cook a variety of foods right in the grill. It is made of aluminum alloy with a ceramic coating that helps keep the surface from collecting grime, so cleanup stays simple after each use.
Two pouring spouts, one on each side, let you drain sauces or liquids easily whether you are right handed or left handed.
The plate measures about 27.7 x 20.2 x 4.8 cm (10.9 x 8 x 1.9 in) and holds up to 750 ml (25.4 fl oz) of liquid, a practical size for grilling fish, vegetables, or other everyday dishes. Choose from two colors, Terracotta or Mustard, to match your kitchen.
