This Lupot multi-purpose pot from CB Japan now comes with its own matching strainer, making an already versatile pot even more useful. It can go from prep work, such as washing and draining ingredients, straight through to boiling, simmering, and serving, all with one piece of cookware.
The body is aluminum alloy with a clad stainless steel bottom (16% chromium), paired with a glass lid, a stainless steel strainer and knob, and a phenolic resin handle with a silicone coating. The interior has a ceramic coating, and the exterior has a baked-on coating.
