This CB Japan bowl is designed specifically for washing rice before cooking. Its shape lets you rinse and agitate the rice under running water, draining the cloudy water quickly so the rice gets clean without overworking the grains, for better-tasting cooked rice.
Made of polypropylene, it measures about 24.4 x 24.4 x 11.5 cm (9.6 x 9.6 x 4.5 in) and weighs 110 g (3.9 oz). Its wide, round shape makes it easy to use at the sink as part of a daily rice-washing routine.
