This all-purpose frying pan from CB Japan's Supot line covers nearly every basic stovetop cooking method in a single pan. Its square shape has a maximum interior size of about 13 x 18 cm (5.1 x 7.1 in), and the 6.5 cm (2.6 in) depth gives enough room to cook with confidence without food spilling over the sides.
The pan measures about 355 x 140 x 115 mm (14 x 5.5 x 4.5 in) overall and holds 1.4 liters (1.5 qt) to the brim. The interior and the lid have a fluororesin coating for easier release and cleanup, and the pan comes with a matching lid so you can see and manage what is cooking inside.
