This airtight glass jar has a wide mouth opening, about 86 mm (3.4 in) across, large enough to fit a hand inside for washing and to make it easy to spoon contents in and out.
The lid, gasket, and metal clasp all come apart for cleaning, so every part can be washed and the jar kept fresh. The metal fittings are made of 18-8 stainless steel, which is strong and resists rust for long term use, and light surface marks can be buffed out to restore the stainless finish.
Made in Japan. Available in two sizes, 0.5 L and 1 L.
