This tamagoyaki pan is made of pure copper, prized for its excellent heat conductivity, in the rectangular Kanto style used for making tamagoyaki, the classic Japanese rolled omelette. Copper helps distribute heat evenly across the cooking surface, and the interior is finished with a tin lining.
Copper is sensitive to moisture and chlorine, so we recommend drying the pan thoroughly after washing and avoiding prolonged contact with water to help keep it in good condition.
As this pan goes through a manufacturing process, slight surface marks or minor variations in color may appear on some units. These do not affect the pan's quality or performance. Made in Japan.
This pan is available in six sizes: 15 cm, 18 cm, 21 cm, 24 cm, 27 cm, and 30 cm.
