This Entec Color Prep Tray is made of polypropylene and is handy for holding cut ingredients during meal prep, and its depth also makes it suitable for marinating food in seasoning.
The ivory color makes oil stains and other marks easy to spot, which helps you catch areas that still need washing.
The tray is safe to use in the microwave and dishwasher, and it is made in Japan.
This listing offers a choice of four sizes, from small to extra large, so you can pick the size that best matches your prep task.
