This Entec Color Prep Tray is a medium (No. 18) ivory tray made of polypropylene. It is handy for holding cut ingredients during meal prep, and its depth also makes it suitable for marinating food in seasoning.
The ivory color makes oil stains and other marks easy to spot, which helps you catch areas that still need washing. This size holds about 1.5 L (1.6 qt), measures about 27.7 x 20.5 x 4.3 cm (10.9 x 8.1 x 1.7 in), and weighs about 140 g (4.9 oz / 0.31 lb).
The tray is safe to use in the microwave and dishwasher. It is made in Japan and is part of a range of sizes to match different foods and tasks.
