These fish bone tweezers, known in Japanese as hone nuki, are used to remove small bones from fish during food preparation.
This version is the East grade with a rounded tip, made of stainless steel.
A square tip version of this East grade style is also available for those who prefer a different tip shape when picking out bones.
Available in two lengths, 3.5 sun (105 mm) and 4 sun (120 mm).
