This Fujicut #7000 knife features an all stainless design that can be rinsed with boiling water. The blade is a stainless steel honwarikomi construction, with a molybdenum vanadium steel core clad in 13 chrome stainless steel for strong corrosion resistance and an edge that holds up well over time, while the handle and bolster are formed from 18-8 stainless steel in one integrated piece.
The knife is dishwasher safe and made in Japan.
Fuji Cutlery was established as the sales company for Tojiro, a cutlery maker based in Tsubame Sanjo, Niigata, Japan. The "Fuji" in the name comes from Mount Fuji as shown in the Tojiro logo, reflecting the brand's aim to bring the sharpness and usability built through generations of craftsmanship to a more casual, everyday knife line.
Choose from a petty knife, a santoku knife, or a gyuto (chef's knife), each sized for its typical role in the kitchen.
