Fuji Cutlery Gute Kids Knife Cat Yellow FC-790

This Gute children's kitchen knife from Fuji Cutlery has a cat design and a rounded blade tip and heel for safety. It has a 105 mm (4.1 in) stainless steel blade, measures about 23.5 cm (9.3 in) overall, and weighs 60 g (2.1 oz).

Matching the cat illustration on the handle with a closed fist naturally guides a child toward a safer way to hold food steady while cutting. The stainless steel blade resists rust and is easy to care for, and the two-color handle grip, made of thermoplastic rubber and polypropylene resin, is designed to be slip-resistant.

Fuji Cutlery began as the sales brand of Tojiro Co., Ltd., a Japanese knife maker. The name Fuji comes from the image of Mt. Fuji shown in the Tojiro logo, and the brand brings Tojiro's sharpness and usability to a more casual line of knives.
