Fuji Cutlery MV Color Nakiri Vegetable Knife White 165mm CR-0310WH

The Fuji Cutlery MV Color Nakiri Vegetable Knife is a white-handled kitchen knife from a long-selling commercial series used in school lunch centers, bento factories, and deep-fry specialty shops across Japan. This model has a blade length of 165 mm (6.5 in), an overall length of about 300 mm (11.8 in), and weighs about 145 g (5.1 oz / 0.32 lb).

The handle comes in multiple colors so kitchens can assign a color to each ingredient type for easier sanitary management. It is non-slip, keeping it comfortable to hold and easy to keep clean.

The handle is joined to the blade by insert molding, fusing metal and resin into one piece with no gap between them. This keeps water from working into the seam, unlike knives held together with rivets. The blade itself is made in Japan from molybdenum vanadium stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to rust and chipping and for holding its edge through repeated use.
