Fuji Cutlery MV Color Santoku Knife Green 170mm CR-0711GR

The slip-resistant elastomer handle is joined to the blade by insert molding, fusing metal and resin with no gap between them. This keeps water from collecting in the joint the way it can with riveted handles, so the knife is easier to keep clean.

The blade is molybdenum vanadium steel, a Japanese stainless steel chosen for its resistance to rust and chipping and for holding its edge. This knife has a blade length of 170 mm (6.7 in) and an overall length of 305 mm (12 in), and is made in Japan.
