Fuji Cutlery MV Color Sujihiki Slicing Knife Red 240mm CR-0504RD

The Fuji MV Color series uses a non-slip thermoplastic elastomer handle and is designed for commercial kitchens where hygiene matters. It has been a long-running choice in school lunch centers, bento factories, and fried food shops across Japan.

The handle is available in six colors so different colors can be assigned to different ingredients, which helps with HACCP-style hygiene management. The handle and blade are joined by insert molding, a process that fuses the metal and resin together so there is no gap where water could get in.
