Fuji Cutlery Narihira Pro All-Stainless Petty Knife 130mm White FC-3000WH

This Narihira Pro petty knife from Fuji Cutlery is an all-stainless kitchen knife suited for trimming, peeling, and other light prep work. The blade is molybdenum stainless steel with a length of 130 mm (5.1 in), and the handle and bolster form a one-piece 18-8 stainless steel section, for an overall length of 240 mm (9.4 in). Each blade is hand-finished using a traditional water-honing technique.

A white silicone rubber ring fits around the handle and can be removed or swapped easily, which makes it simple to tell this knife apart from others at a glance, for example when you keep separate knives for different ingredients. The knife weighs about 70 g (2.5 oz / 0.15 lb).
