The Narihira Pro Gyuto is an all-stainless steel chef's knife designed for both home and professional kitchens. The blade, handle, and bolster are formed as a single piece, so there is no seam between the handle and the bolster. Each blade is hand-sharpened and water-whetted by a craftsman, one knife at a time, for a precise cutting edge.

A blue silicone ring fits over the handle so you can mark this knife for a specific task, such as a particular type of ingredient, and quickly tell it apart from other knives in a set. The ring is easy to remove and swap for another color.
