This Narihira Pro petty knife from Fuji Cutlery has an all-stainless handle with a black silicone ring. The one-piece handle and bolster, made of 18-8 stainless steel, give the knife a smooth, continuous shape from blade to grip. The blade length is 150 mm (5.9 in) and the overall length is about 260 mm (10.2 in), making it light and easy to handle for peeling, trimming, and other small kitchen tasks.

The molybdenum steel blade is hand-finished with a water-ground edge by skilled craftspeople.
