This salad spinner from Gendai Hyakka is shaped like a round, friendly apple. Turn the stem on top and the basket inside spins to shake water off washed greens and vegetables, with no pumping or cranking involved.
Its rounded apple shape and bright red color make it a fun piece to have on the counter, doubling as kitchen decor when not in use. Measuring 20.5 x 20.5 x 18 cm (8.1 x 8.1 x 7.1 in) and weighing about 400 g (14.1 oz), it is sized for everyday use washing salad greens, herbs, or other vegetables before cooking.
