This is the ramen spoon from Hakusan Porcelain, a Hasami-yaki piece made in Hasami, Nagasaki, Japan, designed to pair with the brand's Wan ramen bowl. The bowl is sold separately.
It also works well as a standalone spoon for other dishes. The deep bowl shape of the spoon is a comfortable size, and the surface feels smooth against the lips.
This piece has a gray matte finish and measures about 17 x 4.5 cm (6.7 x 1.8 in), weighing about 60 g (2.1 oz / 0.13 lb). It is also available in other colors, so you can match or contrast it with the ramen bowl.
