The Petra long plate is part of Hakusan Porcelain's Petra series, a Hasami ware line inspired by the shapes of natural stones and rocks, which won a 2020 Good Design Award. The series is available in two shapes, a long plate and a round plate, and three colors: white, navy, and gray.
This Size L long plate measures 35.5 x 20.5 cm (14 x 8.1 in) and weighs 750 g (26.5 oz / 1.65 lb). Its wide, elongated shape also works well as a serving platter for parties.
Because the plates are flat, they stack without taking up much height, making them easy to store. They suit everyday meals as well as entertaining guests, and also make a nice gift.
