Hasegawa Cutting Board Lifter

This cutting board lifter sits between your cutting board and the countertop to raise the board to a more comfortable working height. Non-slip material is built into both sides, so neither the cutting board nor the countertop surface shifts while you work.

One side is orange and is meant to face the cutting board, while the other side is blue and faces the countertop. Lifting the board this way keeps its underside clean, since it is no longer resting directly on the counter.

Raising the work height can also help reduce back strain during long periods of food preparation. It is sold as a single piece, made in Japan, and available in two sizes.
