Hasegawa Cutting Board Lifter LF20-230

This cutting board lifter is a non-slip support bar made of polyethylene and elastomer. It is placed under a cutting board to raise it off the countertop, and the non-slip surfaces on both sides keep the board from sliding on the counter and keep the counter from sliding under the board. Raising the board also reduces contact between its underside and the countertop, which helps keep that surface cleaner.

Two lifters are typically used under one cutting board. For a larger board, or if it flexes or bounces, using three lifters is recommended for steadier support.

This model measures 23 x 3.5 x 2 cm (9.1 x 1.4 x 0.8 in) and weighs 100 g (3.5 oz / 0.22 lb). Made in Japan.
