Hasegawa Dough Docking Board 75x16.5cm MRB16-7516

This is a dough docking board with holes that make it easy to insert a dough docking needle, helping improve work efficiency when preparing bread or pastry dough.

The board body is elastomer, and the included stopper is 18-8 stainless steel. The stopper can be hooked onto the edge of a countertop or sink to keep the board from shifting while you work, and it stores along the side of the board when not in use.

The holes are 2.8 mm (0.1 in) in diameter and 13 mm (0.5 in) deep, with six holes at the lower right corner on each side.

The board measures 75 x 16.5 x 1.6 cm (29.5 x 6.5 x 0.6 in) and is made in Japan.
