Hasegawa Sushi Rolling Mat (Makisu)

This is a sushi rolling mat, known as a makisu, used to shape and roll sushi such as maki rolls. Made by Hasegawa, the mat is built from polypropylene strips woven together with a single strand of nylon thread.

Because the nylon thread does not absorb water, the mat dries quickly after washing. It also will not fray over time, so it stays smooth and easy to roll tightly when shaping sushi.

This mat is available in two sizes, Small and Large, and in orange or white. Choose your preferred size and color above.
