This Henckels Flex series knife has a stainless steel blade designed to resist corrosion, paired with a rubber handle that is shaped to resist slipping in the hand. The weight is balanced along the blade and handle to reduce fatigue during longer prep sessions.
It is dishwasher safe, so cleanup after use is simple.
