The Rostfrei is a long-selling santoku knife from Henckels, on the market since 1973 and still a favorite among home cooks. It keeps the classic, straightforward shape that has made this series popular over the years.
The blade is made from a specially formulated stainless steel, honed to a sharp edge for everyday cutting, chopping, and slicing. It is dishwasher safe and can be sharpened with the Henckels knife sharpener or any ZWILLING sharpening tool.
