This aluminum cookware is part of Hokuriku Alumi's Ajigokoro series, finished with a hammered (tsuchime) texture and sulfuric acid anodizing for a durable, attractive surface. A printed measurement scale makes it easy to track liquid levels while cooking.
The handle fitting is extended farther from the pot than usual, keeping the natural wood handle cooler to hold and less likely to scorch. The pot comes with a natural wood handle and two interchangeable lids, each with its own knob style, while the lid option is a matching natural wood handled lid sold on its own.
This listing offers the complete sauce pot or a separate matching lid. Made in Japan.
