Hokuriku Aluminum Ajigokoro Parent-Child Pot Lid 16.5cm HP64-Z1670

This aluminum pot lid is sized to fit 16.5 cm (6.5 in) pots and comes with a measurement scale printed on the lid, making it easy to keep track of liquid levels while cooking.

The lid has a hammered (tsuchime) texture with a sulfuric acid anodized finish, a natural wood handle, and a phenolic resin knob. The metal fitting that holds the handle is made longer than usual, keeping the wood handle farther from the flame so it is less likely to scorch. Made in Japan.
